Rebecca is a freelance food editor, writer and stylist, cookery teacher and food consultant.

She was previously food editor at delicious. magazine. During her time heading up the food team there, delicious. was shortlisted for a number of awards, including Cover of the Year for Christmas 2014 at the BSMEs and Consumer Team of the Year for the food team at the Rising Star Awards. delicious. was also consistently shortlisted for, and won Magazine of the Year at the GFW Awards. She has worked with world-class chefs including Michel Roux Jr, Rick Stein and Raymond Blanc, hosted reader events, edited standalone magazines and book, and written numerous features and opinion pieces, as well as countless recipes. Her first book, The No-Cook Cookbook, was published by DK in March 2021.
